Family Medicine PhysicianDr. Lan Do is a dedicated family medicine physician with over 11 years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. A graduate of UC Berkeley and St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Do completed his residency in Reading, Pennsylvania, and has since devoted himself to supporting the health and well-being of his community.
As co-founder of Inovi Care, Dr. Do combines his medical expertise with a warm, personalized approach, ensuring every patient feels heard and valued. He believes in treating the whole person, guided by Inovi Care’s four principles: a healthy body, a healthy mind, strong social connections, and living with purpose and meaning.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Do enjoys cooking, traveling, and camping with his family. With his wife and three young children, he embraces an active, community-oriented lifestyle. Dr. Do looks forward to helping you achieve your health goals and supporting you at every stage of your wellness journey.

Michael Le, MD
Board Certified in Internal MedicineDr. Le is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 11 years of experience. Born and raised in San Jose, Dr. Le graduated from UC Berkeley, earned a medical degree from St. George’s University, and completed residency at Lincoln Medical Center in New York. After years at Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Le founded Inovi Care to bring a more personalized approach to patient care. Outside of work, Dr. Smith is passionate about community, enjoys live music, travel, family time, and is fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
